soft pressing to extract little color and fermentazion at low temperatures, before blending in spring.

PRODUCTION:

3,000 bottles.

COLOR:

pale straw yellow,with fine and persistent perlage.

PERFUME:

intense but delicate.

TASTE:

dry and elegant.

ACCOMPANIMENT:

excellent both as an appetizers and for the whole meal, such as fish dishes and risottos as long as the dishes are delicate and refined.

SERVING TEMPERATURE:

6-8°.
