3,500 bottles.
COLOR:
bright pink, with very fine and persistent perlage.
PERFUME:
light of bread crust and white fruit.
TASTE:
dry, firm and fresh.
ACCOMPANIMENT:
cured meats, boiled meats ,white meats and typical Modenese dishes and fish.
SERVING TEMPERATURE:
6-8°.

12%
