DESCRIPTION:

Obtained from cooked grape must and aged for long years in classic jars of different woods. Dark brown in color, full and bright, it has a characteristic syrupy density. It has a penetrating aroma of pleasant and harmonious acidity. Taste sweet and sour well balanced, full, savory with velvety nuances. It goes well with: meats, risottos, cooked, raw and fried vegetables, fish and wild strawberries.
Two types are produced:

Extra Old with more than 25 years of aging.

Refined with aging from 12 to 24 years.
